New Pillager Group Appearing During a Raid Cause Disconnect from Server

Description

This occurs in Xbox One Bedrock edition 1.13.1, which does not appear in the dropdown.

A raid begins in the village. A new group of pillagers that includes a new captain also appear with the raid pillagers.

What I expected to happen was...:
I assumed either you can kill the new pillage group and queue another raid or the raid spell will not be triggered. 

What actually happened was...:
User is unable to hit new pillaged group members. Weapons swipe through them. Thee game then crashes, disconnecting the user from the realms server. This causes a loop, as the world reloads in the same conundrum. Either you lose the raid and your villagers or you can't play in that realm without Reloading in a backup save. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. kill a pillage captain and trigger a raid
2. during the raid, see second captain and its group
3. attempt to kill or interact with the second group
