Style option purchased in 1.13 beta not purchased in stable release

I purchased the Nether Coat using minecoins while playing one of the 1.13 betas but when I loaded up the stable release version of 1.13.1 the Nether Coat is no longer purchased. I would like a refund of the coins so I can purchase the coat again or for the coat to be added to my account.
