Distant graphics appearing glitchy

Been noticing what looks like a graphical glitch on water in the distance since updating. I usually have the render to max (22 on xboxone S) and that is in the pic without the map. In the image with the map and coordinates, I tested the render distance at 8, and it is still a bit wavy/grainy. I never had this issue before, even with max render.
