Attacking/ Get attacked or get close to a pillager the game crashes

Ever since 1.13.0 got released, patrolling pillagers spawns very often (spawns more often than they're supposed to) and if I try to attack them (or they attack me) or even I get close to them my game suddenly crashes. It happens ALL THE TIME. And also they somehow spawns in the end.
