Book slot is missing

While in creative mode, I put down a lectern and traded with the librarian. While trading, I noticed that there is no book slot when trading for an enchanted book (I'm using Classic UI). I cannot replicate this bug anymore since the version that I had automatically updated to 1.13.1.
