Marketplace connection issue and sometimes crashes too

I am not sure why it does this, for the rest of my friends it’s showing some Halloween things for them but not for me strangely as shown in these screenshots. I have cellular data on but the marketplace says check your connection..

When launching the Marketplace sometimes, it kicks me out of the game and sends me to the home screen. 

I am not sure what all this code means but I think I found the crash log.
