Overlaying/Non-Refreshing segment of screen in minecraft worlds

I play Minecraft Bedrock on my PC, and when I joined the world, there was a segment of the screen (just above ocean level) that kept the current image, plus the image of whatever you look at on it when you look around. It results in me seeing all the raindrops in one solid block of blue, all the land masses clumped together and even the item in my hand overlaying itself. I noticed the issue on a realm, but it also occurs in any world I play in.
