missing clothing from character creator on bedrock editon

I bought the nether coat from the Character Creator and I put it on a skin to wear. When I loaded up minecraft a couple days later, the skin didn't load. So i deleted the character and made a new one. When I looked for the nether coat to put on, it said I had to buy it, even though I had bought it a few days ago.

I play on switch and I'd like to have my nether coat back.
