Slime Farm Difficulties!!! Please Help

Can Slime Blocks Spawn On Any Block?

Does It Have To Be Raining?

Is It A 3 Height For Each Floor?

There Is Caves Around The Spawn Do I have To Seal Them So No Other Mob Spawns?
