Stuck in green loading screen while trying to sign in to Microsoft

This bug only occurs on this particular device stated above (Android 9). I own 4 devices but none of them have this problem, except for this one.

Every time I try to log in to Microsoft/Xbox Live, it will get stuck at the green loading screen (See Attachment). It is not a connection problem.

It never brings me to the sign in page, even if it has been loading for 30 minutes straight.

This problem started in Android 9 but still remains in Android 10. I experienced this problem on a Xiaomi Max 3. My friend who uses a Xiaomi Mi 9 also experienced this problem.
