Minecraft application 1 0 13 on my ipad can not be launched

I have downloaded the Minecraft application from App Store to my older iPAD with iOS 9.3.5  (can not be upgraded to newer version). I paid it and I was successfully using in. After a 2 month break I have tried to launch it. Mojang loading screan appears, the it turns white and then it disappears completely. If I press apple button twice to see all executed apps I can see only a white screen. No menu appears. Other apps on the tablet are running fine.

I do not know whether some new patch was installed but currently due to this I can not use the app Minecraft anymore even though I have properly paid it.
