Pillager Patrols in End Dimension

Apparently patrols can spawn in the end again. I believe this was fixed in a previous update but this happened minutes ago on the latest update (not snapshot/beta). I was using a flat world with an exposed end portal but I doubt it likely that the whole patrol managed to get on the mainland from an isolated obsidian platform with no bridge that has ever existed.
