Player attack other players/mob accidentally even when facing the other side

I had this problem since the game started on the survival aspect.
The problem is that when I want to open a door for example I accidentally attack my friend it is very annoying....this problem only happen when your very close (or close) to a player/mob...This also happens when I want to place a block (_)
