Item Stuck in Inventory

Randomly while playing, I mined the villager bell for the farm I'm currently making.

Then when I tried to place it back, it would just flash and disappear. I tried to throw the item away from my inventory but it just didn't go off. It's just that one item.

I don't think the specs matter but just incase:
