Dead World in Bedrock Edition?

Well in Minecraft i loaded my world and all the sudden it shows "Error this world has not synced or is corrupted try again on a consle in a good state and try to migrate again" and i cannot get in the world setting as it shows the error any solution? Like using realms to upload and check if it works and if it does download it?
