Over exaggerated view bobbing

The new view bobbing in 1.13 now is heavily over exaggerated

also when you get hit, the screen plays and animation that rotates the screen about 30 degrees clockwise, the animation plays for about .75 sec, so someone can easily make your screen be tilted permanently

these issues almost break combat, and most of the pvp community would like them fixed
