Pre 1.11 Villagers Spawning in 1.13

I was in Creative, building a city world, when I decided to put in some more villagers. When I used a spawn egg to spawn them, instead of 1.13+ Villagers, I got pre 1.11 villagers from the egg. Note that this world was created after 1.11 and I still got the classic villagers.
