Load into my Minecraft and my inventory is empty. Along with my diamond armor missing and no XP

I haven’t played Minecraft in a few days. Went into my survival world where I had full diamond armor and stuff in my inventory with a ton of xp levels. Load in. And my inventory is empty. I have no armor. And no XP.
