Invisible broken chests and blocks

Some of my chests have turned invisible and won’t open. If I break the chest, it returns to normal but the items inside are deleted. My bed is also invisible and if I attempt to break it, it crashes my game. Some blocks like furnaces and hoppers also do not function anymore in the affected area.
