Creative Breaking Block Delay

This bug is really annoying espicially when building. Everytime I break blocks in creative, there is a 2 second delay for it to break.

What I expected to happen was...:
to break the block instantly.

What actually happened was...:
a two second delay after breaking each block.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a creative world
2. Place or go to any block
3. Break the block
