Half of my chests are invisible and infunctional

I logged into my minecraft game and half of my chests became invisible and infunctional. Half of my barrels too were infunctional, but visible. When I broke one of my invisible chests, what was in it did not drop me. Beds are invisble but functional, and when i try to broke a bed my game crash.
