Bow not working properly

bow and arrow not working properly

What I expected to happen was...:
after selectin the Bow from hotbar, i would aim by pressing screen in the location i would like to fire, then release and arrow would fire

What actually happened was...:
this does not happen, to get the Bow to fire i have to aim at the floor and then look up and release arrow.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select Bow from hotbar
2. aim at floor to load bow then look up and release in required
direction to fire.

Device is a Galaxy S4
