You can place blocks from inside windows

For both Creative and Survival, you can place blocks when you're facing a window from inside.

What I expected to happen was...:
To not be able to do anything when facing windows.

What actually happened was...:
I was able to place a block from inside a window

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Stand very close to a window
2. Place a block from inside the window to the outside
