When in the game, I'm unable to go down in my menu of objects to choose different items. It will only let me go to a certain point and then it stops. This has only been happening since the newest update version 1.13.

When in the game, I'm unable to go down in my menu of objects to choose different items. It will only let me go to a certain point and then it stops. This has only been happening since the newest update version 1.13. Also happens when I go into settings and when I try to use the hot bar.
