Wrong texture on some blocks on times

Walls stairs and other blocks can have the wrong texture. Such as command blocks or others. I did not have any texture packs enabled on the world. It was fixed by reloging onto the world. I was in creative and picked from the creative menu. There were several other mistexured blocks.
