Leggings and boots z-fight when worn

Summary:
When wearing leggings or boots, part of the armor z-fights when the camera is moved. All types of leggings and boots except for chain are affected. The issue is more noticeable when using a character creator skin with the character height set to the lowest.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Wear any type of leggings and boots except for chain
2. Switch to third person perspective
3. Move the camera

Observed Results:
The armor z-fights when moving the camera.

Expected Results:
The armor should not z-fight when moving the camera.
