Some Stone Blocks Are Harder/Slower To Mine Even With Haste II

When Mining even with haste 2 efficiency 5 pickaxe some stone blocks are harder/slower to mine. These aren't monster infested stones. These are only blocks randomized in an area. This was an issue long ago as I estimate maybe version 1.9? of the bedrock editon.
