Not connected to the world

Dear Mojang AB staff! I had a problem. I play on the computer, and the friend on the phone (on the minecraft bedrock) I connected with the friend via the xbox to the team and started playing on the local server (that is, the friend opened the world and I went into it). But after 3 days as we began to survive, I could not connect to his world. The error was, "Could not connect to the world." What we just didn't, we reinstalled minecraft, downloaded previous versions, but it didn't work. I tried to enter the world from the phone and it worked! But, I wanted to ask you a question ... How can I fix the situation on the computer so that we can play with a friend as before? Help, please!
