When you are jumping before going into a different menu(crafting table, inventory, etc.), you keep jumping in the UI, even if you're not pressing the jump key.

You start jumping before you open a different menu. You then open a different menu(crafting table, inventory, etc.) while jumping, and you appear to still be jumping in the menu.
