Losing Items While Crafting

When crafting using a crafting table, about half the time the items crafted just disappear. I have to close the game and reopen it several times for the issue to go away, then it comes back 5 minutes later. This has happened to me while crafting bonemeal, bone blocks, and dark prismarine. This bug is insanely annoying and game-breaking. I've included several videos of this happening.
