MCPE Bell Problem

I was on my minecraft survival when I decided to remove a bell that i had put on my house on Minecraft an then when i was going to place it, it gliched and it didnt let me place it at all, then i tried to drop it and couldnt and then i treid to put it in a chest and couldnt and now its stuck on my inventory slot without it being able to be moved out.

 

Sorry but i have no SC because idk how to put it on here from my phone.
