Cannot access skin pack offline on Nintendo Switch v1.13.0

Since update 1.13.0 on the Nintendo Switch the option to change have been removed. Under our current character there's is the option Profile and then you see empty character and they suggest you to create one. When you click it says you are offline and then you are stuck with Steve. Before I could access all my skin packs offline. What happened ?
