Items Stuck In Inventory or Hotbar

During autosave I picked up some bells that I bought from a Villager. And now it can't be removed from my Inventory. If I interact with the bells from my inventory with other items, strange things happening, like items disappear for a moment or the screen goes glitchy.

This needs a fix
