Xbox Stew Achievement Glitch?

I previously completed the stew achievement when it released which was my last one and my achievement percentage went to 100% but yesterday or the day before something happened and now it says 99% even though I have 104/104 achievements. I am not the only one with this issue.

 

Edit: This seems to have been fixed for me but others still have the issue.
