No fire resistance for shulkers

Shulkers are not immune to fire

How to reproduce:

1. Take a sword with fire aspect
2. Spawn a shulker 
3. Hit it with the sword

What I observed: The shulker burned and took damage from the fire

What I expected: The shulker does not burn.
