once i load up my minecraft it just says i haven't downloaded it legaly.

Once I load up my minecraft it says i haven't bought it and it says that i should refresh the wifi connection but after i do that it still dosen't work. i bought the game from Play Store but it wont work. This have happend before on my old phone and then i couldn't fix it please help this is really bad for me i cant play minecraft anymore and it makes me sadder because then i can't play with my online friends anymore on bedrock edition and i cant buy java edition.
