Help

When we open Minecraft our screen turns white, after a few seconds it crashes and takes us out of the app, it sucks cuz we are paying a realm and bought the game again thinking maybe it was that, but nope  I’ve been hearing really bad comments about this last update and man I can’t believe I’m just paying to not play! Someone help me, what do I do? When will Minecraft fix this??
