Realms keep resetting

The realm, on which many people play on, resets regularly, making it impossible to do projects. I play on a Samsung Galaxy s9, but the same problem occurs to those playing on any device, such as nintendo switch, iOS, and xbox.

Basically, you could do work and gather items while in game, but once you leave and re-enter, everything gets undone. Sometimes, the game will randomly kick you out, saying you disconnected, and the same progress loss will happen.

This same bug happens to everyone who plays on the realm, and we don't know what to do because it makes it basically unplayable.
