Mouse non responsive

When in game and you sign out of your xbox account and log back in my keyboard and mouse don't work anymore. I was going to go on a server to have some fun but this was a real letdown when it didn't work. Please fix this as soon as you can.

 

Now after further inspection, when you try to load a server after logging out then back in to your account the game acts like it's loading then freezes for around a minute and a half then the screen goes greay for another 30 seconds and the game crashes and brings you back to the xbox home screen.
