Elytra Jitters back to level in third person after moving from side to side

If you go into third person and fly with your elytra, then turn to the left/right and leave the controls you will see the player/elytra jitter back to an even position. This really depletes the gameplay experience. I would liek to see this fixed with the next update after 1.13.0
