In the education edition, when you give a player the ability to fly they constantly fall to the groung then teleport back to their position.

The player flying does not see this but other players can. It does affect them though, for instance if a player is flying over lava they will suddenly appear to be on fire and if they are over tilled soil, the soil would turn to dirt.
