crashes if i do something too quickly

okay so its hard to explain, if i like go to bed too quickly, i end up crashing mid-sleep, or if i get out of bed and immediately fly with an elytra i'll crash, but if i rejoin i get put back a bit like i never did it. sometimes this oesnt even happen if i do something too quickly, im just having frequent crashes. I cant find anything on it and i hope its not my pc, this never happened before 1.13. other than that, great update
