Issues happening after the 1.13 update

After the 1.13 or fox update my world has experienced freezes for no apparent reason and then so I have to quit the game. Also a few of my named mobs and animals have de-spawned after leaving and joining back the world. Lastly I have mobs such as zombies, skeletons, spiders and especially creepers spawn right beside me, so I'll be farming then a creeper spawns and blows up before I have time to react....I hope this isn't just me experiencing this.
