iOS 13.1 terrible lag since update

Ever since I updated to 1.13, the entire system has been lagging. Also, I’ve been randomly kicked off the server twice. I’ve tried logging out of the game and even turning my iPad off and on and nothing changes. The lag is so bad I don’t want to play anymore!
