Constant illumination and mob spawning bugs in 1.13

Illuminated zones become dark and hostile mobs spawn constantly from them. My village got slaughtered by zombies because of this, they spawn even in small rooms with sea laterns above. As seen in the image, zones to the side of sea laterns become dark as if there was no light
