Xbox One Input Delay

Once I downloaded this update I noticed that there was a split second of input delay both on controller and keyboard and mouse. I know its not my TV because when I play other games with my keyboard and mouse or controller it feels fine. I hope this gets fixed quickly because I really don't want to play with all the delay
