Mouse not working after relogging on Xbox One

Because Minecraft Xbox doesn't yet support custom skins, I use custom skin packs from MCPEDL which require you to log out of your xbox account and log in again (for some reason), but when I do this, my mouse stops working but my keyboard works fine.
The cursor moves around on the screen fine but I can't click on menu items or look around when I join a world, and it's really annoying as I hate playing on controller. Before 1.13.0 released it was fine. (Sorry but I couldn't get any screenshots of it 😔)

EDIT: The situation has gotten better over the past few days, as I can now navigate menus, place and break blocks; although I still can not look around by moving the mouse. I don't even know how it's gotten better because I havent changed any game settings or updated the game 🤔

EDIT 2: The situation has gotten worse with 1.13.1 and 1.14 because the mouse no-longer works at all again.

EDIT 3: It's gotten better again with 1.14.1 as I can now interact with menus and items and place/break blocks however, I still cannot move the camera. 🤦‍♂️
