Bedrock edition 1.13 updated 31/10/19 on iPad 4, will no longer work. App opens to Mojang screen then goes blank white and kicks us out. Is there a fix for this?

Bedrock edition on iPad 4, update 1.14 on 31/10/19, have been unable to access Minecraft since .App opens to mojang screen goes blank then kicks us out. Is this a known problem? Is there a fix?
