When going through portals to the overworld you go to 0 62 0

When going through portals to the overworld you go to 0 62 0 or it might be 0 63 0. I don't know because I died from suffocating. Also, this only happens ever so often. also, I did have a spawn point, and it does this with both the end portal and nether portal. by the way, I was on a realm and that might of caused it.
