mob spawner doesnt work

i creted a mob farm in my survival world but it doesnt spawn mobs.

i tried going to peaceful after that to hard to unload all mobs.

2-3 mobs will spawn after that i have to reset the mobs again.

note: my mob farm is a no redstone one
